Moving from phpVMS, vaBase, or vAMSYS?
Switching platforms shouldn't mean losing everything your pilots built. Bring your pilots, schedules, fleet, hubs, and flight history with you to SOAR.
We did it ourselves
SOAR is built by MetroAir, an established virtual airline running since 2006 with the tagline “Realistic. Innovative. Professional.” We outgrew phpVMS and rebuilt on a modern stack — then migrated our own pilots, schedules, and history onto SOAR. We know exactly what it takes to move yours, because we've already done it.
What comes with you
The work your community put in carries over. Here's what we bring across when you migrate.
Pilots & roster
Your pilot accounts, ranks, and hours carry over so nobody starts from zero on day one.
Schedules & routes
Bring your existing schedules and route network across to keep your pilots flying the lines they know.
Fleet & aircraft
Your fleet and aircraft come along, ready to map onto SOAR fleet management and liveries.
Hubs
Your hubs and base structure transfer so your operations look familiar from the first login.
Flight history & PIREPs
Your filed PIREPs and flight history move with you — the logbook and stats your pilots earned are preserved.
How migration works
No self-serve importer to wrestle with. Migration is hands-on and white-glove — we do the heavy lifting with you.
1. Request early access
Tell us about your virtual airline and where it lives today. There is no payment up front.
2. We scope your data
We look at your existing system — phpVMS, vaBase, vAMSYS, or otherwise — and map out exactly what comes across.
3. We import it
We handle the import by hand: pilots, schedules, fleet, hubs, and flight history brought into SOAR for you.
4. You review and go live
You check everything over with us, we fix anything that needs it, and then your airline goes live on SOAR.

We're onboarding virtual airlines during early access. Tell us about yours and where it lives today, and we'll scope your migration with you.
